Ridgetop is available to manage only residential properties located in or near Bergen County, New Jersey.

We manage properties based upon the instructions of the owner(s) and our 50+ years experience as Owner Managers. You will at all times deal with a fellow owner who has experiences similar to your own.

Most of the properties we currently manage were obtained from owners whose children, for various reasons, could not take them over. We step in to allow perpetual ownership without management headaches.

We do it all.  Hire and supervise resident managers, contract and supervise repairs, maintenance and capital improvements, administer leases, renewals, late notices, late fees, file evictions and negotiate settlements, administrate refinancing and tax appeals.  We provide emergency service 24/7.  With your permission the property will improve, not deteriorate.
